Prefabricated Substation (American type) It is a kind of box-type substation and distribution product which puts the high-voltage switchgear, transformer and protection fuse in the oil tank. High voltage side rated voltage ≤ 40.5kV, low voltage side rated voltage 0.22/0.4/0.69kV, rated frequency 50Hz/60Hz outdoor three-phase AC power distribution system, rated capacity ≤ 1200kVA, independent complete sets of power distribution equipment. Widely used in all kinds of residential, commercial buildings, public facilities, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural power grids.
Product Features
Compact structure, the volume is one-third of the European box variable with the same function, and the weight is one-half.
High-voltage switch is installed in the transformer oil, fully closed structure, oil and air are fully isolated, slowing down the oxidation process and water vapor intervention, improving the stability, reliability and safety of high-voltage system equipment.
Low noise: the noise is 7-10dB lower than ordinary box variable.
Anti-corrosion and dust-proof: It adopts powder coating and anti-corrosion coating treatment. After long-term use, the surface is still beautiful and intact.
It can realize telemetry, remote control and real-time monitoring of the substation.
