Wind / Solar power Compact substation(American type) is a high-voltage/low-voltage pre-assembled substation integrating high-voltage equipment, oil-immersed step-up transformer, low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment. It is a specialized power distribution facility that raises the low voltage from wind turbines or photovoltaics to 40.5kV through an oil-immersed step-up transformer, and then outputs power upwards through the 40.5kV power system, making it an ideal supporting equipment for wind/photovoltaic power generation systems.
Product Features
Using one-piece top cover, high protection level, compact structure, small footprint, the radiator is external, the heat dissipation effect is good.
The high-voltage side is protected by load break switches and fuses, which are placed in an oil tank and use oil as insulation material to shorten the insulation distance.
The transformer tank is equipped with pressure gauge with communication, load break switch action signal, low oil level signal, high temperature alarm signal, over-temperature trip signal, through the microcomputer device and the main station networking, can achieve telemetry, remote control, real-time monitoring of the substation. Fibre optic temperature measurement, dehumidification device, APP intelligent lock and other special functions can be added.
Protection level IP54, suitable for strong wind and sand, extreme temperature, grassland, desert and other harsh environments.
Easy to install and overhaul, low operating cost.
